The Youngest Bank Robber inAmerica, Ever!
The Redmonkee holds the record as the
youngest bank robber in America. The record has never been broken. The Redmonkee
was six years old, he couldn't read or write, so he got his buddy Steve,
to get his Mother to write a note.
The note stated, THIS IS A STICKUP, GIVE ME THE MONEY!
This robbery happened in a small mountain
town, just off Summit Mountain and not too far from Chestnut Ridge.
The name of the Bank was the Fayette County National Bank. The Redmonkee
and his buddy were caught inside the bank as they tried to make there getaway.
This is a is a true story, it was even on film. For the rest of the story,
